Yesterday, a group of 15 people from the U15 Youth team of Qingdao Guoxin HADAY basketball club arrived in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and began a four-week training. This is another concrete practical measure of Qingdao Guoxin HADAY basketball club to “go out” in the construction of youth training system.
Serbia is a traditional European basketball power and currently ranks second in the world. It has many advantages such as outstanding European basketball integrity, clear tactical thinking, efficient team execution, and tough stadium style, therefore, Belgrade has also become one of the preferred areas for overseas training of Qingdao basketball club youth teams.
In the next four weeks of training, Qingdao Guoxin HADAY youth team mainly focuses on improving personal position technology. It will hold multiple exchange matches and observe and learn advanced training methods and concepts at the same time. Through training, competition and learning communication, the team hopes to find the gap with the top clubs, effectively improve the players’ technical level and adaptability, and lay a good foundation for the next game.
The club has made detailed training and safety guarantee plans for the team’s training, ensuring that more young players are provided with opportunities to polish their skills and increase their knowledge, so that more potential players can get exercise. The head of the club said that the club would spare no effort to create more opportunities for players and build a higher platform in the future.
